We deliver across the Dhaka City by SteadFast or PaperFly Courier and nationwide by PaperFly or Sundarban Courier or SA poribohon or with Steadfast courier service!

Dhaka City
We deliver across the Dhaka City by SteadFast most of the time and for Few cased we do use PaperFly Courier and in general delivery done within 24-72 hours. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.

If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- 0160-1148048 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from Ayjal.com (Ayjal Enterprise)’s offices between 10 AM to 7 PM, Everyday.

How long will my delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-
Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over phone call.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.

Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order Dhaka City:
We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Nationwide
We work with Different Courier companies to deliver orders to nationwide. If you’re checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT 100 to 150 Taka for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.

Can I pick up my items?
Yes, you can but you will need to place order online and confirm with us the stock availibility before visiting our office.

Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 0160-1148048 to confirm the schedule of the Office Pickup.

How do I track my order?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking number.
Alternatively, you can jump into your account to track your order status online.

প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পাবার পর দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে চেক করে যদি কোন প্রবলেম দেখতে পান তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের কাছে লিখিত অভিযোগ করুন, এক্ষেত্রে ইমেইলকে টপ প্রাইওরিটি দেয়া হবে তবে ছোট সমস্যার জন্য বা কোন প্রোডাক্ট অপারেট কিভাবে করতে হবে এটা নিয়ে কল সেন্টারে কল করে বা ফেইসবুক ইনবক্স করে হেল্প নিতে পারেন।
কোন প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা প্রয়োজন হলে অবশ্যই এর সাথে প্রদত্ত সকল ধরনের পেপার, বক্স, এক্সেসরিস, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, স্টিকার, লেবেল, গিফট আইটেম ইত্যাদি সহ প্রপারলি বক্স করে বা আলাদা ব্যাগের মধ্যে দিয়ে (কোনভাবেই প্রোডাক্ট এর বক্সে টেপ লাগানো যাবেনা) আমাদের অফিসের ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ার করতে হবে অথবা নিজে বা অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে পাঠাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট আপনার লোকেশন থেকে পিকাপ করার সুযোগ থাকলে আমরা চেষ্টা করবো তবে সেক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ আপনাকে অগ্রিম পে করতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করলে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় বিক্রি যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, কোন পার্টস মিসিং হলে বা বক্স ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন রিসিভ করা হবেনা। সব কিছু ঠিক থাকলে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে সব ঠিক থাকলে এর পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর ব্যাবস্থা নেয়া হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট এর কোন ফল্ট থাকলে তার জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করবো (ঢাকার ভিতরে ৭০ টাকা ঢাকার বাইরে ১৩০টাকা এর অতিরিক্ত কোন কুরিয়ার চার্জ থাকলে তা ক্রেতাকে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে) তবে মনে রাখতে হবে যে চেঞ্জ করা বা পছন্দ না হওয়া বা অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট চার্জ পুরোটাই কাস্টমারকেই বহন করতে হবে।

Even though if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. To claim a return or exchange, you must need to take an unboxing video. Without unboxing the video we will not accept the return or exchange request.
Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won’t be applicable for the bellow conditions-

Clearance sell items
If the intact seal is torn or damaged

You must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault of the product, we will bear the courier charge as inside Dhaka 70 Tk and outside Dhaka 130 Taka if there is any additional charges customer needs to bear that. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.

রিফান্ডের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময়ঃ রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট এর ডেট থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড ইনিশিয়েট করা হবে। ডেবিট বা ক্রেডিট কার্ডে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট আপনার একাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্টে হিট করতে ৫ থেকে ১০ বিজনেস ডে লাগতে পারে এই সময়ের মধ্যেও স্টেটমেন্টে না শো করলে আপনি আপনার কার্ড ইস্যুয়ার ব্যাংক এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা আমাদের Contact@ayjal.com এ ইমেইলে অর্ডার নাম্বার উল্লেখ করে যোগাযোগ করুন। রিফান্ড চার্জঃ রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা অর্থাৎ আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করবেন সেই এমাউন্টই রিফান্ড করা হবে তবে প্রোডাক্ট যদি কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়ে থাকে বা ডেলিভারি হবার পর কোন কারণে (প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা থাকলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে) রিটার্ন করে রিফান্ড পেতে চান এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং প্রসেসিং ফি বাবদ ঢাকার ভিতরের প্রতি অর্ডারে ১০০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরের প্রতি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ২০০ টাকা + পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট ফি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে। ডিস্কাউন্ট বা অফারের রিফান্ড কন্ডিশনঃ বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, ভিসা, মাষ্টার কার্ড বা এমেক্স কার্ডে কোন অফার থাকলে এবং সেই অর্ডার বা ট্র্যাঞ্জাকশন রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ডিস্কাউন্ট বা ক্যাশব্যাক এমাউন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয় অর্থাৎ আপনি কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর জন্য অফারে ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্ট ৯০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করলে বা ১০০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করে কোন ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকলে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশব্যাকের এমাউন্ট কেটে এবং ডিস্কাউন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করেছেন শুধু সেই এমাউন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।
